Historic Building Renovation
Alderney
International Competition Winner: The practice had also achieve winning status of an international design and build competition which took the form of a 210 bedroom international institution of excellence in marine studies on the Island of Alderney.
Footbridge
Brixham
This pedestrian bridge was built to provide superstore customers with a safe and easy passage across a notorious stretch of dual carriageway.
The bridge–spanning section was fabricated off–site and craned into position, which required pin–point accuracy.

CSM has designed numerous car parks which have included ground–bearing, below–ground suspension.
Car Parks, whether for domestic vehicle use, commercial depots supporting LGV or bus stations, all need careful planning.
